I fail at note-taking. This sticky has been on my Mac at work for six days now. I know it wants me to consider something very carefully. I think I see the words THINK ON at the top. THe rest could be anything. This is why using QuickSilver + Append has become my new note taking best friend.

The reason sticky notes win out over command-line note taking is Ubiquity of Capture. The reason they fail is because the notes capture garbage. It falls on me not to capture garbage.

Imagine what would have happened if I'd shot this note into Quicksilver.
