Tests from my getting to know my new Canon HV30. On-board sound is _horrible._ But I expected that. The Accessory Shoe Shotgun mic is better, but not what I hoped. Interface is kind of wonky. Like it otherwise. I think it takes pretty pictures with minimal fussing. Need more time with it.

Also, still getting my head around DV capture process and HDV formats. My past experience was all about VHS, baby.
